Surrey Election Debates
Numerous community groups have scheduled candidate forums and debates at locales throughout Surrey over the next few weeks to provide residents with opportunity to learn about the candidates’ platforms and make informed decisions on elections day, November 15, 2014.
Important upcoming dates include:
• All Candidate Councillor Forum, October 27, 6:30PM at SFU Surrey Campus
• All Candidate Meeting, October 28, 6PM at Shannon Hall in Cloverdale
• Mayoral Debate, October 30, 7PM at Strawberry Hill Hall

Deepavali 2014 Celebrations By Telugu Community
Vancouver Area Telugu Association (VATA) is organizing the Diwali Celebrations on Saturday, 25-Oct at ROYAL PALACE BANQUET HALL, 7845 Edmonds Street, Burnaby, BC. V3N 1B9. Gates open at 5:00 pm.
