Jaswant Singh Khalra lived and died to uncover illegal mass cremations evidence of extra judicial Sikh killings in Panjab. That earned him the reward to become the number one target of the state, making him the 25,001 illegal mass murders. Hence, his legacy is paramount within the Sikh narrative of last 30 years.
