EDMONTON – The Edmonton Police Service issued a Canada-wide warrant Wednesday for the arrest of a 21-year-old Indo-Canadian man allegedly involved in a deadly shooting outside a bar off Edmonton’s Whyte Avenue Sunday morning.
Arman Dhillion is wanted on a total of 21 charges, including first-degree murder.
He’s also wanted on charges of attempted murder while using a restricted firearm, aggravated assault, using a firearm in commission of an offence and a number of other breaches, reported Global News Edmonton.
Police said Dhillon is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

His criminal history includes possession for the purpose of trafficking, dangerous driving, evading police as well as three breaches from October 2014; two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property under $5,000 from September 2014; and an impaired driving charge from October 2015. Dhillon was granted bail on Oct. 12, 2014.
Early Sunday morning, two men were shot outside Tribute Lounge on 81 Avenue and 105 Street.
Amin Mohammed Abdullahi, 30, died from his injuries and another man in his 20s was seriously injured.
Abdullahi’s family issued a statement about his death, which reads, in part:
“Our family wants Amin to be remembered as the respectable, big-hearted man he was.
“He loved life, football and family. The Ottawa community is mourning. He lived here for years until deciding to move to Alberta for more opportunity.
“It’s surreal to know he will never come home and we are devastated to no longer have him with us. A piece of everyone who loved him went with him.”
Relatives said the other man injured in the shooting was Abdullahi’s brother.
Court documents show Abdullahi had a criminal history that included possession of stolen property, trafficking (March 2015), and failing to appear in the Northwest Territories. In August 2015, a written order was issued by a judge authorizing his arrest.
EPS said an autopsy was taking place Wednesday afternoon and they would release the official cause of death Thursday.
Police describe Dhillon as an East-Indian (Indo-Canadian) man with dark brown eyes and black hair.
