Chetna Film Showing!

The Surrey-based Chetna Society held a film screening of actor-director Jas Heer and Punjabi writer-poet Ajmer Rode’s film Ek Kurri Ek Supna, which highlights domestic violence at New Westminster’s Douglas College recently. LINK editor and filmmaker R. Paul Dhillon, who wrote and directed the 9/11 themed Sweet Amerika and hit OMNI Television documentary The Bhangra Generation, was also honoured for his work in film.
