About 20 students from High Road Academy, Chilliwack led by their teacher Alyssa Miller visited India Cultural Centre of Canada Gurdwara Nanak Niwas in Richmond on Monday, June 3. .These students have spent the year in a Comparative World Religions class and this trip was a celebration of what they have learnt. Also, it gave them an opportunity to ask questions and to become more engaged with various faith communities. The students and their teachers found the visit to be extremely useful . Before departing, they enjoyed a delicious langar and posed for a group picture outside in the Gurdwara’s beautiful park.
