Very recently Indian Intelligence Agency NIA gave clean chit to right wing Hindutava terrorists involved in 2008 Malegaon bomb blasts killing innocent persons. These are the Hindutava terrorists who were charged and arrested by ATS team led by officer Karkare. But BJP, RSS etc. had always opposed the arrest of these Hindutava terrorists Sadhvi Pragaya, Col. Purohit etc. But now with BJP in power, the NIA declared that Hindutava terrorists were falsely framed by ATS with false evidence. BJP has always said that ATS was misused by the ruling Congress Govt. of those days.
After watching all this, No matter which one of these two NIA or ATS is right or wrong. But all this drama has confirmed one thing that there is no fairness in such investigations by such Intelligence agencies. All such Intelligence agencies such as NIA, ATS, CBI etc. are controlled and misused by the ruling Govts. They all act and perform their jobs as directed by the ruling Govts. That is why in some cases they act very quickly to frame charges against the guilty. And there are times when they act Dumb and don’t know about the guilty persons. All this to follow orders of the ruling political leaderships. And the most funny thing like in this Malegaon bomb blast case where two different agencies are overruling each other. Because one was being directed by Congress and the other is following orders of the BJP. And both Congress and BJP leaderships are accusing each other of misusing their powers and agencies, one to frame charges and the other to give clean chits to the guilty.
After watching all this drama one wonders when these so called Intelligence agencies honestly perform their jobs and really charge, arrest and punish the real guilty persons. And how many times they arrange false evidence to frame charges and punish innocent persons to please their political bosses. We wonder how many innocents are suffering in jails because of the false evidence and witnesses framed by these security, Intelligence agencies to please their political bosses ? And how many of the real guilty persons are walking around freely because these agencies acted Dumb, Deaf and Blind again to please their political bosses ? One retired IB Jt. Director Dhar had admitted in his book that officers often perform wrong, illegal activities to please the ruling Govts leaderships to get favours, rewards and promotions etc.
Therefore all these things prove that there is no fair justice in India and specially for minorities. The ruling Govts control and misuse these agencies and police etc. for their political benefits. The whole system stinks and needs a very big change.
