Indian Woman Held In Drug Case Says Credit Card Used Without Her Consent

SUVA – Indian National Muskaan Balaggan who allegedly attempted to export illicit drugs to Australia along with a US national today claimed in the Suva High court that her credit card was used to withdraw money without her consent.

Sergeant Vikash Prasad of the Border Police Unit in Nadi informed the court that they confiscated a mobile phone, passport, lighter and a master card, and denied the allegation that Balaggan’s card was used without her consent.

Meanwhile, earlier today Australian Forensic analyst Natalie Hau told the court that 521.6 grams of pure cocaine was found on the clothes sent to the Australian Forensics in June last year.
