‘JTHJ’ Surpasses ‘SOS’ At Box- Office, Claims A Magazine

The first day collection ofYash Chopra’s Jab Tak HaiJaan has beaten Ajay Devgn’sSon of Sardar.Though there are no officialfigures from the productionhouse, but according to atrade magazine Super cinema ,the first collection of JTHJwas Rs. 12 crore and Son ofSardar stood at Rs. 8 crore.
“”The admits for JTHJ forWednesday show was about 60per cent and 40 for SOS,” saidan exhibitor.But a film trade analystsaid it is too early to say theactual trend of where the twofilms are heading in terms ofcollection at the box office willbe clear in the evening. Anexhibitor said, “Box office collectionon Laxmi pujan day isalways on the lower side.The box office collectionof both the films will see a significantjump on Wednesday.”
