Asha Goel, a Canadian citizen, was found murdered on August 23, 2003 while visiting family in Mumbai, India. But one of the men wanted in connection to her death, Goel’s brother Subhash Agrawal, lives in Ottawa and has yet to be questioned about the matter, reported CBC News.
