Meeting And Tribute!

A meeting of Directors and friends of Punjabi Adbi Sangat Literary Society of Canada held 0n April 28 under the chairmanship of S. Jagjit Singh Takhar its Vice President. Attended by its directors S. Shangara Singh Sandhu, S. Kehar Singh Dhamrait, S. Ajmer Singh Dhaliwal, S. Kewal singh Dhaliwal, Shree Sute Ahir and others. Literary poems, short stories and articles were presented in the meeting. The meeting also paid tribute to the late Famous Punjabi writer Shree Kartar Singh Duggal, Short story Writer  Sukhbir of Bombay and S. Sewa Singh Kohli  M B E of Glasgow (famous literary and social personality of U.K). Prominent Punjabi writer Jogindar Shamsher spoke on the life, achievement and back ground of Sewa Singh Kohli. All members observed a two minutes silence in their memory.
