Khalsa Diwan Society Abbotsford filed a report with Abbotsford Police Deapartment and Immigration officials that Ragi Malkeet Singh who was expected to leave Canada last week has gone missing and failed to appear at the Vancouver Airport for his scheduled flight Monday. According to the Society, Singh received his boarding pass but failed to board in the flight. Now is this a case of Ragi gone missing or Kabooter Ragi? Police should provide the answers soon.
