The new Consul General of India in Vancouver Mr. Manish has arrived and taken over from Abhilasha Joshi, who has joined the Ministry as Joint Secretary. Mr. Manish was given a Surrey welcome dinner on Monday by Chetna Association of Canada and others. See story on page 9.
