Staying away from reward shows and controversies is something Aamir Khan has always preferred. In fact he lets his movies do all the talking for him. Aarim might do merely single movies annually but they sure are worth the wait.The latest updates on the Bollywood superstar states that Aamir is about to make his debut on a television talk show. Mr. Perfectionist is supposed to host a show centred on social issues of our nation. The show is to be telecasted on Star Plus from the beginning of next year.
“The show is about India and real life stories. Stories of common people! Real people! I am sure people will connect with the show. It is not a fiction show. One can call it a talk show,” Aamir was found talking to reporters on Saturday.
Apparently the 45 year old superstar is pretty excited at the chance of learning something new. And from what we know of Aamir this show is sure going to be something quite different from the ordinary chat shoes. Also the show is going to be telecasted in eight different languages simultaneously.
“Real characters touch people and so we are showing them on the show. We hope the show will be a clutter breaker. Aamir has the ability to move people with his experimentation and creativity,” was all that Star India CEO Uday Shankar had to say. Off late it has become a popular trend to appear on the small screen.
Almost all stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Preity Zinta, Hritik Roshan, Juhi Chawla, Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan have used the platform of television serials to promote themselves.
It all seems to work pretty till now and the stars are continuing to rely on them. Hope Aamir does as well on the small screen as he has on the bigger one.
