Rajput Celebration

Rajput Association of Canada celebrated its annual get together and dinner on last Friday atFraser view hall where a book “Functional English Speaking for Punjabi’s” was released. This book, prepared by this Association, will be distributed free of cost to new immigrants and people who want to learn English. Another book “Five Arrows” written by Dr. Mohinderpal Singh of Winnipeg was also released. This book highlights the achievements of Baba Banda Bahadur in a story-form and is highly beneficial for the younger generation. The wonderful cultural program was highly appreciated by hall full of audience. Program thrilled the guests with Bharatanatyam, historical events  and a song of “Rajput Warriors” compiled and sung by Kamal Karnania of Australia, among other enchanting items.
