Red Ribbon Campaign!

Surrey MLA Harry Bains joined Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, (MADD) families of the victims and first responders at the MADD Red Ribbon Launch at Surrey City Hall.  This program is to bring awareness to the tragedies that occur because of people who drink and Drive and reminds people to drink responsibly. Every year thousands of Canadians are killed or injured by drunk drivers. These tragedies are 100% preventable. “It is up to us as a society to change our behavior so these accidents do not happen.” says Bains, “Friends don’t let Friends Drink and Drive. If you are going to drink this holiday season, please drink responsibly”
