Dr. Sarup Alag has written more than 88 books.

Vancouver: Internationally known for writing more than 88 books on Sikhism, Dr Sarup Singh Alag, chairman of Alag Shabad Yug Trust Ludhiana, will be reaching Vancouver on September 5. He will stay here for about a week and interact with various organizations and members of the Sikh Sangat.

It is quite admirable that Dr Alag has written much-needed books on the topics of  Universal Sayings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Harmandir Sahib (Abode of God), Excellence of Sikhism, Mistaken Identity of the Sikhs, Prevention of Drugs, etc. and they have been reprinted and distributed free several times.

But it is amazing that the Punjabi edition of Harmandar Darshan was selected for the   prestigious entry in the “Limca Book of Records.”  Its 148 editions have been printed.  Dr Alag calls it a great honour for the entire Sikh community, Punjabi language and even the devotees of Harmandar Sahib.

For all this Dr. Alag gives the entire credit to his well wishers and dedicated donors who always encourage him by sponsoring his books for free distribution to spread the universal message of “Sarbat Da Bhala” (well being of the entire human race) as envisaged by Harmandir Sahib and the holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
