Burnaby-based high school basket ball star Manroop Clair signed this week with the University of Hawaii, which has one of the top American college basketball programs. Clair, a 6-foot-2,175-pound native of Burnaby joined the nationally ranked Huntington Prep in West Virginia in December and helped the talent-laden squad to a 28-2 overall record, averaging 30 points a game.
