Following the unfortunatedemise of Yash Chopra,Subhash Ghai has called offthe 34th anniversary celebrationsof his company.Calling Chopra his elderbrother, Ghai says, “Yashji hasalways supported my venturesand been my guiding force.He would attend all myevents, from the biggest to thesmallest.So the memories of mycompany’s 34 years are associatedwith Yashji.He was the first person tocall me after the court verdicton my film institute and saidthat if I needed any help, Ishouldn’t hesitate to ask him.”However, following thepopular industry belief thatthe show must go on, Ghai willsoon launch three films.
Apart from his own directorialventure Kaanchi (featuringRishi Kapoor as the villain),the filmmaker is also producingIshq De Maare with thethree Deols — Dharmendra,Sunny and Bobby — anddirector Sangeeth Sivan’ssequel to Apna Sapna MoneyMoney.
