SURREY – The new City Centre Library opens for business at 9:30 am on Tuesday, September 6. Located at 10350 University Drive, just north of the North Surrey Recreation Centre and behind the old Whalley Library on City Parkway, we invite you to visit your beautiful new library! The Library will be open Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 9:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sundays from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
