The dominant Burnaby Citizens Association team led by mayor Derek Corrigan and veteran councillor Sav Dhaliwal were sworn in on Monday along with the School board winners which included incumbent Baljinder Narang and newcomer Harman Singh Pandher, who proudly took the Oath of Office holding a Nitnem Gutka (Sikh bible).
