Surrey’s most hip and happening Indian restaurant Tasty Bistro unveiled the new addition to their fabulous restaurant Tuesday evening with a party to rival the best of best given to media and VIPs in downtown by high end establishments and corporate bigwigs. Owners Manjit Singh Saini and Inder Singh went all out by even bringing the downtown crowd by bus to Surrey and they didn’t disappoint their guests who were treated to martinis, mojitos, large selection of wine, beer and other spirits with the restaurant trade mark delicious appetizers and a full course dinner and desert. Have to say that I have not attended such a high class affair in Surrey and probably won’t for a while. When I asked Manjit Saini, who is a veteran restaurateur and businessman in Surrey, what he is calling the new addition, he joked “Lovers Lounge”! But it’s obviously much more than that and perfect for small and large corporate gatherings while also that private flavor! It’s full of luxury and the only way to dine in Surrey, especially if you consider yourself upscale!
