Considered the biggest condominium announcement in the GTA of 2011, the release last November of preliminary details about TEN YORK from Tridel generated headlines across North America.

“Less than a year after TEN YORK was first introduced to the public it is now poised to go on sale,” says Jim Ritchie, Tridel’s senior vice-president of sales and marketing. “The number of registrations that have steadily built since last November have been truly remarkable and demonstrate the heightened anticipation and pent up excitement for the launch of TEN YORK.”

Since the announcement, Tridel has have been working with their architect Rudy Wallman, Toronto city staff and local politicians, area residents and an independent peer review panel to create a condominium worthy of all the excitement.

The result is an iconic 224-metre, 65-storey glass tower at the corner of York and Harbour that will serve as a dramatic and remarkable addition to the Toronto skyline, at a AAA downtown location.

Set on one of the most prominent locations in downtown Toronto, overlooking Lake Ontario and conveniently close to the subway, GO Train and VIA Rail service at Union Station, TEN YORK is steps away from the Air Canada Centre, Maple Leaf Square, the Rogers Centre and Harbourfront.

Boasting 694 residences starting from the mid $300,000’s, the suites will range from smartly designed 564 s.f. one-bedroom suites to a spacious 3,858 s.f. three-bedroom design. Defined by the award-winning II BY IV Design Associates, the suites blend urban sophistication, timeless elegance, and modern technology (an imbedded fibre optic network throughout the building will provide lightning fast internet connection for residents).
