Dear Editor:

The veil validity given by the Supreme Court is an adorable verdict. Indeed judgment justify the standard of Canadian multi-cultural system – endorse the freedom of dress.

It is a matter of understanding that each culture should be allowed to blossom and free to enjoy according to their tradition if that action not violating the law and order.

Women in niqab seen positively participate in an education field, socio-economic development, election process, trade and tourism factor, social area, medical ground and many more public as well as private sector. They are easily integrated with Canadian diversity. Here it proves that the attribution towards Canadian growth is potentially helpful under the veil.

As it is believed, it is not that difficult to verify the identity of niqab women. At the airport immigration department, polling both or court trial, identification can be carried out by designated female officer. Neither harm to faith nor obstacle to legal service.

The Cheif Justice Beverley McLachlin delivered a decent decision in Canadian jurisdiction by granting permission to wear niqab. In a comment he says “respect the individual’s religious belief and accommodate it if all possible.” The remark leads us to trace the true value of cultural heritage with maintaining the dignity of Canadian rule.
