Narinder Sandhu has made astounding contributions to the City of Surrey, and on January 31, he received a certificate of recognition from Sue Hammell appreciating his genuine efforts. Sandhu is involved with several organizations to improve the lives of others, and has dedicated countless hours volunteering in Surrey. He is also a Top Honour Recipient for volunteering with organizations such as the B.C. Special Olympics, B.C. Senior Games, B.C. Games for Disabled Athletes, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Blood Services and many more. Sandhu’s proven dedication to the community is displayed in his ongoing commitment to Canadian Blood Services. He has made more than 182 blood donations to date, and donates blood platelets for cancer patients every two weeks. Sandhu’s efforts serve as inspiration, encouraging people to become involved with the Canadian Blood Services.
