MOGA – The Additional District and Sessions’ Court rejected the bail applications of conductor Sukhwinder Singh and driver Ranjit Singh of Orbit bus in a molestation case.
However, two co-accused Gurdip Singh and Amarjit Singh alias Amar Ram were granted bail. A 13-year-old girl was allegedly molested and thrown off the moving bus along with her mother on April 29 last year. She later died, while her mother sustained injuries.
