NADI – A Nadi man charged with the alleged rape of his 14 year old niece appeared in the Nadi Magistrates court. Magistrate Ajmeer Khan has deferred his plea and the matter has been referred to the Lautoka High Court.
The alleged incident took place this month.
He has been released on $1000 bail.
The matter has been adjourned to the 16th of next month.
