Well known local businessman Raj Toora, who specialized in Home Plans, was one of the 31 recipients awarded Canada 150 Community Awards at Surrey City Hall. Toora, who was recognized for Entrepreneurialism, received a limited edition Canada 150 medal and for their outstanding work in Surrey. LINK Editor R.
