Former Liberal MP Joe Peschislido, a lawyer by profession, is headed back to Ottawa after a big win in Steveston-Richmond East, a redesigned riding he captured with the help of both Chinese and Indo-Canadian community.
His friend Kal Rangi was on hand on election night for the victory party.
