Lawyer and Rotary Club of Surrey Newton member Bableen Rana was installed as the new Rotary Club President along with a new Board for 2012 to 2013. Rotary is a service organization and has clubs worldwide. This year’s theme for Rotary International is “Peace Through Service.”
