SURREY – The blueberry industry is changing, and we need to take action to stay competitive in the global marketplace. Members of the BC Blueberry Council have the power to influence the direction of the industry with the National Council vote on Saturday, May 4, 2013.
A National Council will create a stronger, more stable and competitive blueberry industry. We’ll be able to fund more research, more marketing and more national and international outreach to promote the benefits of our blueberries.
On May 4, take action and vote. Date: Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. BC Blueberry growers are invited to vote at one of the following three locations:
• Abbotsford: Mt. Lehman Hall, 6418 Mt Lehman Rd, Abbotsford
• Delta: East Delta Hall, 10379 Ladner Trunk, Delta
• Pitt Meadows: Lions Den, 1 – 12479 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows
Ballots will be provided in English and Punjabi.
