CHANDIGARH – Less than a month after the ossification test report for determining Jyoti Nooran’s age was submitted in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice TPS Maan extended the Punjabi folk singer and her husband Kunal Passi’s stay at the Sector 19 protection home.
The stay was extended till October 30 after her parents sought time to study the report. Before parting with the order, Justice Mann asked the couple whether they were facing any hardship during their stay, while making it clear that their status there was that of guests.
The ossification test report indicated that Jyoti’s age was around 17 years.
