Lara Dutta Ready For A Comeback

NEW DELHI- Actor LaraDutta, who waslast seen in alead role in herhome production,Chalo Dilli(2011), says thatshe’s waiting fora nod from producerBoney Kapoor,to re-enterBollywood with abang. The formerMiss Universe isexpected to havea lead role in Kapoor’supcomingfilm, No EntryMein Entry,a sequel to NoEntry (2005),that also starredLara. “WheneverI ask Boneyjiabout the film, hesays ‘abhi kuchdino mein shurukarenge…now weare ready…nowwe are ready… Salman Bhai hasgiven his dates.’ He tells me thisevery month,” she laughs.However, her connectionwith sequels doesn’t seem to endthere. The 35-year-old actor isalso set to produce the sequelto Chalo Dilli. “The film willagain star Vinay Pathak and me.Right now it’s in its pre-productionstage and we are planningto start its shoot by the end ofMarch,” she shares, on a recenttrip to the Capital.Besides acting and production,the actor is busy trying outher hand in fashion designingtoo. She has tied up with a storein the city to design a range ofsaris. Ask her who among theBollywood beauties she wouldwant to dress in her creations,and she says, without a blink,“Sonam (Kapoor) and Deepika(Padukone).”
