The City of Surrey recently invited the public to an Open House to introduce plans for the Sports, Arts, Culture and Harmony Centre in Newton. The Punjabi dominated Newton is already take the acronym of S A C H and calling it the South Asian Cultural Harmony (SACH) Centre.
