SURREY – After their extremely successful Cricket-theme all-nighter sports party – one of Surrey’s premier establishments – Desi Junction – is holding another treat for sports fans that is going to be the sports party of year – the always popular Super Bowl Extravaganza this Sunday beginning at 3 pm.
Desi proprietor Jora Atwal tells the LINK that they are expecting a full house but there are still tickets left for the event, which is priced at a modest $46 to reflect the 46th edition of the Super Bowl, being held this year in Indianapolis featuring a super bowl rematch between the New York Giants and New
England Patriots.
“We’ve kept the price low because it’s for fun and we like to have fund,” Atwal said, adding that the price will include all you can eat food plus a half dozen drinks.
“Vow – you get all that – that’s bargain, man,” shouted Sukhi Kular of First Canadian Barter, who is friend of Atwal as well as a regular customer.
