JALANDHAR – High drama prevailed atthe district courts when the Jalandharrural police produced druglord JagdishBhola in court.To prevent Bhola from talking to mediapersons,the police reportedly kept onroaming near the court complex for 30minutes, looking for an opportunity tobypass the media. They finally opted fora backdoor entry.Police sources said fearing more disclosuresby Bhola, the authorities had givenstrict instructions to the Jalandhar ruralpolice to not let Bhola interact with themedia. Bhola was brought on productionwarrant on January 7 in connection witha case of heroin seizure. He was producedin the court of Amrish Kumar,Civil Judge (Junior Division), whichextended his police remand for a day.
