OBITUARY – Dhanpat Rai
LINK columnist and noted local writer who was an engineer by trade Dhapat Rai passed away this week. He was a regular contributor to many local Indo-Canadian newspapers, including the LINK, along with being an active social worker and respected by all.
His funeral will be held on January 25 at 3PM at 7410 Hopcott Road Delta. Last prayers will be held at Akali Singh Gurdwara Vancouver. This great loss to the community but Rai sahib will be remembered by all of us.
