More Suspects Charged Following Killing Of South Asian Teen In Windsor

TORONTO – There are morecharges following a deadly stabbingin downtown Windsor thatleft 19-year-old University ofWindsor student KevinKugathasan dead and five othersinjured.Twenty-two year old DwayneNicholas Pierce is charged withmurder in the first degree.He was arrested last night outsidehis downtown residence.Twenty-three year old AbdulRahman Bousaleh is charged withaggravated assault and possession of aweapon dangerous to the public.He was also arrested outside his home.Both were arraigned Tuesday afternoonand are being held for future courtappearances.On Monday, police charged 30-year-oldAli Mahmoud Ahmed with a weaponsrelatedcharge.A number of other people have beenquestioned and released.
