But Shahid Kapoor who is presently shooting in Karnataka is just keen to learn the local language of the state.Shahid is currently shooting in Mysore for his upcoming film Phata Poster Nikla Hero. Recently he overheard some of the crew members conversing in another language. That is when he got intrigued and enquired about the same. The crew personnel informed they were speaking in Kannada. Out of sheer curiosity Shahid Kapoor wanted to learn the nuances of the language. He has been interacting with the locals and the crew in Mysore. A unit-hand from the sets reveals, “Shahid has been trying to pick up basic words of Kannada and listens to their diction and pronunciation carefully. He is always trying to learn new things. ” Shahid is in thecity for another 10 days. It is a tedious schedule where they have been shooting all throughout the night.
