Delta police seek witnesses and video of collision involving motorcycle

DELTA, BC: Delta Police Department (DPD) is seeking witnesses and dash cam videos related to s serious collision that occurred on 80th Avenue at 113B St, in North Delta.
The collision occurred shortly before 3:45 pm on Sunday, September 24th and involved a grey motorcycle and a white sedan.
As a result of the collision, the motorcycle operator, a 17-year-old North Delta youth received serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
To advance the investigation, Delta Police Department (DPD) officers are now turning to the public for assistance.  Any witnesses to the collision are being asked to contact the DPD at (604)946-4411 and quote Tip file 2023-22934. In addition to witnesses, if you were driving in the area before or at the time of the collision and have dash camera video, or if you have local residential CCTV footage, investigators want to talk with you. 
Pre-collision driving footage of both vehicles is of interest in this investigation.
DPD Traffic Sergeant Harvey Sidhu stated, “Whenever a motorcycle is involved in a collision, the likelihood of a more serious injury is present, regardless of factors that contributed to the cause of the crash. At this time, the cause of this particular collision has not been determined, and the witnesses and video sought will aid investigators in determining the cause.”
